Bom, preciso confessar: está sendo difícil escrever sobre isso. Assim como foi para escrever sobre 15 anos. Mas vou tentar escrever, afinal, será só mais esse post sobre isso :)
Bom, como eu já disse aqui, o importante não é comer pouco, mas sim fazer vários lanchinhos durante o dia (comida saudável, viu? Como leite, pão, frutas...)
Sobre exercícios: Bom, como eu já disse uma vez, não gosto de ir á academia, porque se você vai uma vez, você fica o resto da semana dolorida e isso faz com que você desanime de ir, por isso, faço vários esportes: handball, vôlei, boxe,natação, dança... assim experimento de vários esportes, sei qual sou boa, e ainda perco peso ! :)
Sobre coisas gostosas (McDonalds, chocolates, refrigerantes...):
Só uma coisa a dizer: EVITE!
Que todo mundo sabe que engorda, faz mal pro coração... todo mundo sabe! Além de dar estria, celulite...
Chocolate:
Ele engordará você menos se você comer depois de uma refeição :)
Ah! Chocolate amargo (com mais cacau) faz bem para o coração :) !
P.S.: Mas só se pode comer dois quadradinhos de chocolate amargo por dia. Essa quantidade é considerada saudável

Sei que, para quem já acostumou com a vida de acordar, ir pra escola, comer, dormir e ficar no computador, é difícil reunir coragem para fazer exercício, mas você tem que achar coisas que você goste. Mesmo que você não seja boa, o importante é se divertir/exercitar !!!
Uma dica minha é você se exercitar com uma amiga, assim uma ajuda a outra e fica mais difícil de desistir :)
